Gökçe Akgül

Born in 1978, his artistic career began in the same year. Since childhood, he discovered that the comic books and books he constantly read, or even collected under his pillow, nourished his imagination and caused him a slight neck ache. He loved climbing trees, appreciating insects, gazing at the sky, and drawing more than talking. He never stopped doing what he found best to express himself: drawing. Besides illustrating many picture books, he writes and illustrates comics, and continues to work and produce in the fields of animation and character design.
