We offer shipping within India and to select international destinations. Availability of international shipping depends on the destination country and courier services.
2. Shipping Charges
Domestic Shipping (India):
- Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹500. A flat fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹500.
- Express Shipping: Additional charges may apply based on location and weight.
International Shipping: Shipping charges will vary based on the destination, weight, and selected courier service. The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the destination country upon delivery.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In case of high order volume or unforeseen delays, processing times may extend slightly. We will notify you if this occurs.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic Delivery (India):
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Delivery: Delivery timelines vary based on destination (typically 7-21 business days). Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as customs delays or public holidays.
5. Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at unboundscript@gmail.com.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Failed Delivery and Reattempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s unavailability, our courier partner may attempt re-delivery. In cases where the package is returned to us, the customer will need to bear the reshipping charges.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at info@unboundscript.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. International Customs and Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. Delays at customs are beyond our control, and the customer is responsible for following up with the customs office if required.
