Not a style of writing that I would prefer reading. However the story line was good and the plot was very well portrayed through the book.I wouldn't recommend this if you are a light Hindi language reader, but otherwise the writer has done a recommendable job through the writing.A book definitely recommended for you if you are fluent in Hindi language and love to read about a mixture of one sided lovestory influences, politics and societal norms.

यह किताब पढ़ने के बाद पता नहीं क्यों मुझे ऐसा लगा कि मैं एक फिल्म देख रहा हूँ। सब कुछ जैसे आँखों के सामने ही घटित हो रहा था। कैरेक्टर्स के डायलॉग में भी सच्चाई थीं। मतलब अगर इंग्लिश में लिखने की आवश्यकता थी तो उसे इंग्लिश में ही लिखा गया है। जैसा कि आजकल के लड़के लड़कियां बात करते हैं।कहानी की बात करें तो समर प्रताप सिंह मुहब्बत में डूबा एक ऐसा आशिक है जो अपनी महबूबा को पाने के लिए कुछ भी करने को बेताब है। समर थोड़ा सरफिरा भी लगता है। ख़ैर कहानी के बारे में स्पॉयलर ना देते हुए मैं सिर्फ़ ये बताना चाहूँगा कि नरेशन का तरीका बहुत मज़ेदार है। ऐसा नरेशन कम ही पढ़ने को मिला है। एक लेखक होने के नाते भी मुझे बहुत कुछ सिखने को मिला। इसीलिए अगर आपने ये किताब नहीं पढ़ी तो तुरंत खरीदकर पढ़ लीजिए।

यू तो हिंदी फिक्शन काफी पहले बहुत पढ़ा करता था पर कही एक उम्र में अच्छी किताबों या कहानियों के अभाव में वह कही छूट गया और मेरे रुझान अंग्रेजी फिक्शन किताबों की तरफ फिर गया....किसी ने जब hastag को रिकमेंड किया तो मैं इतना जिज्ञासुक नहीं हुआ...पर जब मेरे एक दोस्त के घर में इस की एक लिपि देखी तो पन्नों को जब पलटने लगा तो एहसास हुआ कि इस की एक लिपि खरीदनी ही पड़ेगी....दोस्त के वहां पढ़ी एक पेज ने बता दिया कि लेखक अलग ही लेवल का है...पहले पन्ने से ही आपको एक एक शब्द कई गहराइयों और परतों के बीच ले जाता है ...हर एक इवेंट, हर एक सिचुएशन, हर एक इमोशन को इतनी गहराई से व्याख्यान किया है कि पुस्तक सजीव हो जाती है....इस पुस्तक ने मेरे उस निर्जीव पतन हुए रोमांच को फिर से जगा दिया जो मुझे हिंदी फिक्शन पुस्तकों की कहानियो से मिलता था...a must read and recommended book to buy ...Awaiting the sequel eagerly
